Green Waves Lawn Solutions LLC provides property services that may include, depending on availability and location:
Lawn mowing and maintenance
Lawn aeration and overseeding
Fertilizer and lawn treatment applications
Landscape and property cleanup
Mulch and bed maintenance
Shrub and bush trimming
Leaf removal
Snow and ice services
Holiday lighting
Permanent lighting
Other lawn, landscape, and exterior property services
Availability, pricing, schedules, and service areas may change.
Submission of a website form, quote request, text message, or other inquiry does not by itself guarantee that Green Waves will accept or perform a requested service.
Prices, scope of work, service frequency, and other project-specific terms may be provided through an estimate, quote, proposal, Jobber, written agreement, or other communication.
Unless otherwise stated, an estimate or quote does not guarantee availability until the work has been accepted and scheduled by Green Waves.
Additional work that is outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges. When reasonably practicable, we will communicate material changes in scope or price before performing additional billable work.
Certain services may have separate terms addressing matters such as recurring service, cancellations, weather delays, property access, watering requirements, warranties, materials, seasonal conditions, or service-specific responsibilities.
Service dates and arrival times may be affected by:
Rain
Snow or ice
Severe weather
Excessively wet or unsafe property conditions
Equipment failure
Staffing or route changes
Material availability
Emergencies
Other conditions beyond our reasonable control
Scheduled service dates or time windows are estimates unless Green Waves expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
We may reschedule, postpone, or modify work when conditions make service unsafe, impractical, or likely to damage the property.
Customers are responsible for providing Green Waves with reasonable and safe access to areas necessary to perform the agreed services.
Where applicable, customers should:
Keep gates unlocked or otherwise provide authorized access
Secure pets and animals
Remove toys, hoses, furniture, debris, and other movable obstacles from work areas
Identify known underground or hidden features that may be affected by the work
Inform us of hazards or unusual property conditions that are not reasonably apparent
Follow watering, aftercare, or other instructions provided for applicable lawn or landscape services
Green Waves may postpone or decline service when a property cannot be accessed safely or when conditions materially interfere with the agreed work.
Additional charges may apply when unusual conditions require work beyond the agreed scope, provided those charges are permitted by the applicable service agreement and law.
Customers agree to pay the amount stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, service agreement, or other agreed pricing.
Payment terms and due dates will be stated on the applicable invoice, quote, or service agreement.
Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.
We may use third-party providers to process payments. Payment information provided to those services may also be subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices.
If an amount remains unpaid after it becomes due, Green Waves may suspend future services or decline additional work, subject to applicable law and any specific service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes Green Waves to impose a fee, interest charge, collection cost, or other charge unless that charge has been properly disclosed and is permitted by applicable law and the applicable agreement.
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, deposit, and termination rules may vary depending on the service purchased and will be governed by the applicable estimate, service agreement, proposal, or other written terms.
Customers should contact Green Waves as soon as reasonably possible when requesting a schedule change or cancellation.
Certain custom, seasonal, or material-intensive services may involve non-refundable expenses or other cancellation conditions when those conditions are disclosed in the applicable service agreement and permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's cancellation or other rights where applicable law provides rights that cannot be waived.
Lawns, plants, trees, soil, and landscapes are living systems affected by conditions outside Green Waves' control, including:
Weather
Temperature
Rainfall
Irrigation
Soil conditions
Disease
Fungus
Insects
Wildlife
Existing turf or plant health
Customer watering and maintenance
Neighboring properties
Environmental conditions
Unless a specific written guarantee is provided, Green Waves does not guarantee particular growth, germination, color, weed elimination, or other biological results.
Customers are responsible for following watering and aftercare instructions when those instructions are necessary to achieve the intended result of a service.
Nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot legally be disclaimed.
You may use our website for lawful purposes, including learning about our services, requesting information, requesting an estimate, and contacting Green Waves.
You may not knowingly:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
Introduce malware or harmful code
Interfere with the website's operation
Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Misrepresent your identity or submit information with the intent to deceive or harm another person
Website availability is not guaranteed, and portions of the website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Unless otherwise stated, Green Waves owns or is authorized to use the Green Waves Lawn Solutions name, branding, logos, website text, original graphics, photographs, videos, and other original website content.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will identify the most recent revision.
Changes will apply prospectively to use of our website and services after the updated Terms become effective. Changes will not retroactively alter agreed material terms of an existing service agreement where doing so would be prohibited by law.

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable estimate, quote, proposal, service-specific terms, or written service agreement constitute the applicable agreement between Green Waves and the customer concerning the matters they address.
